Our reality

1the whole body touched by the rest of creation

1 the whole body touched by the rest of creation

We experience what is perceived, put together and projected by a whole being in reality. We as identity or self, are a projected part of the whole body also.

The whole body encompasses all that we are and experience, including both our positive and negative extremes.

Becoming a part of our whole is simply being what we are, but involves settling into our existence as a projected actuality. Before this, we are identified with our self and what we experience, exclusive of our relation with our whole as his or her part.

While Earth affords us to have a piece of mind, we can change, become and be, a part of the happening of a whole being in creation. The population curve is reflected in every parameter of Earth and humanity. It is an incentive. I don’t mean to be alarmist, but “people are a problem”. (reference to a wordpress post by Buddha minded man).

We tend to be lost in our sense and notion of our selves, one another and the world. I insist on the whole being in creation of whom our reality and all that we may experience and be, are parts created and placed, or projected, by his or her nervous system, in reality. Identified with our self and what we experience, we are isolated from a possible relation with who projects our reality. Our reality is projection, an “illusion” if we identify with it, and a “delusion” if we believe it real, though most do and so our clinical and legal definition, of what most reasonable people would not think true, excludes delusion to indicate what most believe to be real.

Then again, most people are quiet about their deepest convictions. I think a lot of our interactions are “join them if you can’t beat them”, or “its the best out of a bunch”. We wait patiently and are moved to rise to an occasion when at least our deeper sentiments may be expressed.

Fancy a fantasy ? There’s a whole being waiting for us to become a part. who may be then complete, rather than carrying an identity trying its best. to be, become and think it does, while missing the happening of reality, the whole body alive in creation. A godly being who in reality is and does, is spirited at core and throughout, and who encompasses our all – that we are, may be and experience.

“hc centred right and actuality” : part 2

Normally, we are identified exclusively, in our self and with what we experience. We lock in and hold to our projected reality, or sit back and mesmerise with its unfolding. We can also stop and capture ourselves in space, and in thus establishing our actuality, relate with a whole being, to whom we belong as a projected part.

It starts from : the wot, our line-up with and facing the wot, the self having an experience through to the back, and the witness behind. The depth of our reality is laid out in space, and this projected actuality can be related with the whole body.

Now, if it happens to be so, you may notice being centred on the right of the whole body, in relation with the whole body.

I have come to understand this placement of our reality, in terms of the nervous system and the organs of the body. It seems the dramatic changes of birth leaves its mark through the organs, and sets “where” our reality is projected.

Our reality is not complete – we open and extend, different ways in different directions. The witnessing of our reality, keeps us being an isolated part. However, with the inclusion of the witness in our projected actuality, and because our reality is projected by a whole being, a relation with our whole is possible.

To be a part of something else may disagree with what you understand about your self. To be told where you are may certainly influence your experience, but also challenge your sense of independence. Realising something new or different, especially about your self, can stir up questions about your world views and causal order.

Being centred right is a statement that is not generally made about our situation and condition. I have tried to introduce it side by side with a method to approach our projected actuality ie, “orientation” in space and with the whole body. Otherwise from actuality, we all too easily drift back to our default condition of “I’m it” and “that’s the wot”.

Our actuality is, as it happens to be. It is not some “thing”, what it is or why, that depends on our perception, understanding or knowing. Within our own actuality, there is no reflecting, observing, or distancing to consider – we are it and simply there. Actuality is beyond right and wrong.

However, we can determine where our reality is, in relation with the whole body. The “where” of our actuality is the beginning of our relation with the whole self, for it necessitates some sense of the whole body to have that sense of where our actuality is. Yet, it is not the point or goal – the real whole body is beyond our projected sense. He or she encompasses both our actuality, and what surrounds and produces it. Look to a relation with the whole self.

Because we have identified exclusively with our self and what we experience, what happens to us in relating with the whole body is a process of becoming more of a part.

There is our deeper being through deeper levels – again, we open and extend, different ways in different directions. In relation with the whole body, we integrate and extend through our knowing, feeling and being. The “where” of our reality, or our actuality “there” in relation with the whole body, can include the deepest sense of our self, others and the world, our most profound sense of existence, being and presence. They are more of our self and reality from which, in our actuality, we can relate with the whole body, who “must be there”.

You should find your sense of the core a useful reference for the solid whole body. Also, consider the breath – the sense of you breathing, with which to regard the whole body, who is breathing, in reality.

I have tried here to introduce our projected actuality and something of its relation with the whole body. It comes from an “orientation” of our reality as projection, in space and with the whole body.

I plan to further present Gendo and Orientation, their processes and methods to capture the hc and introduce reality.

“hc centred right and actuality” : part 1

Final edit of the script. Finding reading it in front of the camera, very challenging – respects to actors and presenters.

Have you ever wondered if we actually exist ? Are we the self or are we more what we experience ? We know we are conscious, and aware of our self and others, or the things that are witnessed. There’s also a deeper being.

They are parts of our reality – our self, the conscious and the witness, our deeper being, as well as what we experience – they all exist, as “projection”.

Our reality is created and placed by a whole being in reality, projected from his or her nervous system. All that we are, and all that we may experience and be, in our reality, is projection – we exist as projected actuality.

In contrast, the whole body is reality. The whole body is also our whole self and a whole being. He or she is of reality and in reality, amongst other whole entities on Earth, alive in creation, solid in gravity, present in the present,

So : the whole body is in and of reality; our reality is projection, a projected part of the whole body.

And, what does this mean ? being a part of a whole body in reality ? Do we become the whole body ? Is it something to get, to have and keep, or are we to get to reality ? I believe we, as an identity or self, will always be a projected part in projection. But, shouldn’t we, can’t we, as a part, relate with our whole ? Be affected by reality – while he or she is living on Earth.

Where is this reality ? How do we relate with the whole self, we cannot see ? Of whom we are a part, but isolated from in our notion and sense.

We start with steps then, towards the possibility of relating with our whole – steps from within projected actuality to relate with the whole body.

I showed in the video “hc turned”, “where” the outside comes around the right, across the front and tucks back, and “where” we come across from the inside to impress on the world out there. The hc turned, “I’m it” and “that’s the wot”.

Let’s go further now, to more of our projected actuality.

Notice the immediate spaces around you. The various parts of our projected reality, float in their actuality.

There’s the wot, our line-up with and facing the world we experience, the self having an experience through to the back, and the witness behind. The depths of our reality are laid out in space. And in relation with the whole body, you may find your self and the world you experience, centred on the right side of the whole body.

It is “where” our reality is, on the whole body.

In part 2 of the “hc centred right and actuality”, I’d like to discuss some of the issues that surrounds the determining of our projected actuality.
